SGPT

SGPT is the main model at Marchon. This is personal training delivered to groups

of 1-4, with sessions lasting 55 minutes.

 

It’s fun, challenging and encourages a friendly competitive training environment for everyone involved.

TEAM TRAINING

These are our class-based workouts.  The numbers range from 8 – 20 people and sessions are all 45 minutes long.

Session will typically be built around conditioning equipment (Assault Bikes, Ski Ergs & Bike Ergs)

and simple body weight movement patterns performed under fatigue.

These are fun and fast paced.

DEDICATED COACHING

All of our services are coach lead by one of our expert team.

Ensuring you get the most out of each and every workout.

You’ll also receive further support

both inside & outside the gym

around the clock.

AT MARCHON WE PRIORITISE PERFORMANCE

All of our members have access to Small Group Personal Training and
UNLIMITED access to Team Training Classes
