- Centred around 3 strength days with 2 days interchanging between
- mixed modal, mono-structural and hypertrophy work
- Expose you to a mix of training modalities to unlock your athletic potential
- Develop Strength, Power and Physique
- An introduction to Olympic Lifting; starting with the Barbell Clean
