Baggio’s Bodyweight Finishers have been designed to test your limits through a range of movements. No equipment required.
Each session is short and sharp, simple but not easy. All sessions have been tried and tested by MARCHON coaches and athletes and should last between 5-30 minutes.
These sessions can be added onto the end of a workout, or used solely as a workout in themselves.
Your limits will be pushed, bring intensity with no excuses.
