All plans are £79 p/m. 3 month minimum commitment.
Training is focused on strengthening the foundations of movements for those who want to look good and move well but have limited time to train each week.
For those who only have time to train 3 times per week for a maximum of 60 minutes due to non-negotiable commitments such as family which means they can’t complete the full Train programme
Have experience in a gym setting and have the time to train x3 per week
Squat, Deadlift, Push/Pull variations, Unilateral movements, Bodyweight training and Aerobic Capacity.

For the everyday Athlete who is committed to being
better than yesterday but needs flexibility
within their training schedule
Be able to commit to moving well and have
flexibility to train at least 3 times per week
Squat, Deadlift, Push/Pull variations, Unilateral movements, Bodyweight training and Aerobic Capacity.

Training is focused on improving gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting lifting and development of more advanced skill based movements
For the advanced Athlete who wants to be better than their best and regards functional training as a daily non-negotiable
Competent with all fundamental barbell movement patterns. Looking to develop gymnastic and weightlifting abilities. Committed to training 4-5 times per week and may be interested in taking part in competitions such as NFG

Gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting skill development. Increased complexity of strength and capacity components
Training is focused on preparation for functional fitness/Crossfit competitions
For the full-time, elite, competitive athlete who wants to be better than the rest
Some experience with gymnastics and weightlifting. Experienced in competing and able to live like a full-time athlete with minimal time-restraints around training
