What is the marchon ONLINE PROGRAMME?
TRAIN lasts up to 60 minutes. PERFORM lasts up to 75 minutes and COMPETE last up to 90 minutes, depending on the duration of the warm up, cool down, how well you understand the movements, and how many movements are in that training session.
How is the program delivered?
Via our interactive coaching app. Log your results and connect with the MARCHON™ coaches and communities all in one place. Each programme has a 5 day split - 3 days focusing on strength and skill development and 2 days focusing on capacity.
How long are the training sessions?
TRAIN lasts up to 60 minutes. PERFORM lasts up to 75 minutes and COMPETE last up to 90 minutes, depending on the duration of the warm up, cool down, how well you understand the movements, and how many movements are in that training session.
Can I interact with the coaches?
Absolutely! You can interact with the MARCHON™ coaches and the rest of our MARCHON™ Online Community via the app as well as our Facebook Groups. You have the ability to post training results and videos into both platforms for review, ask questions about training execution and support your peers. Many minds, one mindset.
How long does my membership last?
You are billed each month from the time your 7 day FREE trial ends. If you cancel, which you can do at any time, you will have access to the programme until your paid month expires.
