Training in groups is a dynamic
and fun experience whilst still allowing
an individual approach.
The ability to train along side others provides the perfect environment to have fun whilst progressing your training. Our team of world class coaches make sure you get the individual attention that you need to get
to where you want to be.
Our team training is in larger groups.
The Classes have a conditioning bias,
with programming centered around our Bike’s,
Ski’s and Runners.
It's 45 minutes of hard work with a measured approach to intensity, movement.
Training in teams & sometimes alone these sessions are a sure fire way to level up your fitness.

UNLIMITED access to Team Training Classes
All of our services are coach lead by one of our expert team.
