A word from the Gaffa
We have designed this programme around our training philosophy created here at MARCHON. Strength is the base that underpins the programme and allows power and conditioning to be built upon.
What's exciting about FP 2.0, is the introduction of the Barbell Clean. Week 1 starts at the elementary level with a Hang Muscle Clean, progressing to the full Squat Clean towards the back end of the program as you gain a better understanding of the movement.
To give the fans what they want, 2.0 progresses to a 5 day training split, in contrast to the 4 day split in 1.0. This provides another training day to develop, grow and create stronger beings.
